Work Committees

Many organisations wish to conduct negotiations with their staff and communicate through staff representative groups. Arra HRD Ltd have supported organisations in establishing such structures and also facilitated negotiations in terms and conditions of employment between management and works committees.

Template constitution regulations are set out below for the operation of such groups. These regulations comply with the requirements of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 with regard to collective bargaining and excepted bodies.
